Dear Guests,
Welcome to COUNTRY HOUSE TISÁ. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our accommodation rules.
General rules apply to all guests throughout their stay in the property. The accommodation rules include the so-called Ten Commandments. The entire property must be kept clean and tidy. Smoking indoors is prohibited, the use of open fire is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, where a grill lent by the operator may also be placed. The owner of the property asks his guests to use all the facilities of the property in a manner and with the understanding that they will want to use it in perfect condition also on their next visit to the property. We also ask guests to be economical, especially when using hot and cold water and electricity in the premises used. In the event of damage or the discovery of deficiencies, the guest is obliged to report this fact to the owner without delay, so that corrections can be made as soon as possible. We expect all guests to intervene on their own to effectively prevent potential damage if they discover the possibility of potential damage and to immediately inform the owner of this fact, so that he can do so himself.
Stay is only possible for persons who have not been ordered to quarantine or who do not have circumstances that would require quarantine.
Advance booking is made based on the Accommodation Reservation request and the offer issued via email. Each offer has a unique variable symbol under which all payments are made.
For the stay and services provided, the accommodated guest is obliged to pay prices in accordance with the valid price list. Each accommodated guest is obliged to pay payments for accommodation and other agreed services on time and properly. The deposit is provided to the accommodation provider according to an individual agreement. Payment for the stay is possible in cash or by bank transfer to the accommodation provider's bank account. Payment for the stay must be made no later than the cancellation deadline. Payments for the deposit, security deposit and stay have a common variable symbol listed in the offer.
On the day of arrival, the apartment is available to guests no earlier than 3 p.m. If guests plan to arrive before 3 p.m. or after 6 p.m., they should contact the operator in advance using the above telephone numbers or e-mail.
Upon arrival, all guests are required to present their personal documents to the owner of the property for the purpose of guest registration. For adults, this is an identity card, for children who do not have an identity card, it is an insurance card. If the guest has only a passport, then he is required to add information from the passport about the place of permanent residence. Without presenting personal documents, the stay of the person concerned may be refused. The personal data of the guests are used only for registration for the purpose of paying the residence fees to the municipality and are not further processed, see. GDPR section. The owner of the property may, at his discretion, require the guests to sign a handover protocol, which the legally responsible representative of the guests will sign, thereby confirming the consent of all guests to comply with these accommodation rules. If guests find defects in the apartments, they should notify the owner of them so that they are not responsible for the original condition at the end of the stay.
The guesthouse will hand the guest the key to the entrance door upon the start of the accommodation. The guest is obliged to secure this key so that it does not reach third parties or can not be otherwise misused by unauthorized persons. The guest is responsible for the key to the room (or entrance area). In case of loss of the key, the guest is obliged to pay 500,- CZK for each insert, which the operator of the pension will have to replace. The rooms will be occupied according to the number of beds. The guest uses the room for the period agreed upon upon arrival.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the guest shall vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of stay. If the guest fails to do so, the operator is entitled to charge the stay for the next day. If the operation of the guesthouse allows, a later time for vacating the room can be arranged in advance. When vacating the room, the guest is obliged to hand over the room in a tidy condition, the same applies to the common areas (common room, storage room, bathrooms and toilets). The guest may leave the guesthouse before the end of the accommodation period. However, the guesthouse is entitled to compensation if the room is not provided to another guest. The compensation is equal to the accommodation price. If the guest proves that he could not prevent the damage to the guesthouse, the guesthouse will not demand compensation.
The guest may only move around the property in house shoes (slippers), it is not permitted to walk in so-called mountain shoes, cycling shoes, sports shoes, etc. The outdoor area (storage container) is exclusively intended for storing sports equipment (bikes, scooters, etc.), which the guest is obliged to lock in his own interest at all times. Without the knowledge of the accommodation provider, the movement of unregistered persons in all areas of the guesthouse is prohibited. From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., the guest is obliged to observe night silence.
Smoking and the use of open fire are prohibited throughout the property, except for the fireplace stove in the apartment. The guest is responsible for their safe operation. It is not permitted to make interventions in the electrical network or other installations in the room and common areas. If you do not like the temperature regime, please ask the accommodation provider to set an individual regime. There is no charge for the new setting. It is not allowed to use your own electrical appliances (e.g. kettles, cookers, toasters, etc.). Exceptions are razors, hair dryers, curling irons. The guest is responsible for the use of permitted appliances (with the consent of the operator) and is liable for any damage caused by their operation. When leaving the room, the guest is obliged to close the water valves, turn off the lights, turn off the TV, close the windows and hand over the key at the end of the stay. In the interest of saving energy and therefore being considerate of the natural environment, we ask you not to ventilate for a long time in the winter, let alone to lower the temperature in the room. If you do not like the temperature regime, contact the accommodation operator. Ventilate for a short time, in order to exchange the air in the room.
The fireplace stove in the apartment serves to create overall comfort. It is prohibited to burn any type of waste in them; prepared wood is intended for heating. As part of environmental protection, we kindly ask you to sort your waste into basic categories – i.e. paper, glass, plastic, hazardous waste (batteries, paint, etc.).
Small pets may only be placed in the guesthouse with the consent of the accommodation operator. The owner of the animal is obliged to prove its good health by presenting a valid vaccination certificate. It is not allowed for animals to be left in the guesthouse without the supervision of their owner. Animals may not lie on beds or other facilities for guests, they must have their own bedding. Showers or sinks may not be used for bathing or washing animals. The outdoor pond is also not intended for bathing animals. Inventory used by guests may not be used to feed animals. The owner of the animal is responsible for observing the nightly quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The guest may not allow other persons or animals into the accommodation premises without the consent of the guesthouse.
The guest declares that he/she understands that swimming in the pond is at his/her own risk. The guest is responsible for other guests, including minors, and the accommodation operator is not responsible for any injuries in the pool or in the entire facility. Neither the guest nor other guests are authorized to manipulate the pond equipment in any way. It is prohibited to catch aquatic animals, tear plants, or manipulate the pond technology in the pond. For safety reasons, it is also prohibited to enter the duck pond, among the plants, and on the water cascade, including the flooding fountain. It is prohibited to enter the pond wearing shoes (except soft and rubber bathing shoes), to carry or throw stones or sharp objects into the pond, which could damage the pond liner. Since the pond is maintained without any chemicals, only by mechanical filtration with the support of microorganisms and plants, it is not permitted to use any chemical products when in contact with the water in the pond. In case of damage, the guest is obliged to pay the owner for the damage. In winter, you can only walk on maintained paths. Children can also only be in the vicinity of the lake under supervision, in all seasons.
During the summer, customers have the option of parking for a total of up to fourteen cars. A maximum of five parking spaces are on the paved area in front of the house, ten on the paved area behind the guesthouse. In winter, the parking space on the paved areas around the cottage may be reduced. The parking area is available to visitors free of charge, but the owner of the property is not responsible for damage caused to visitors' vehicles by third parties or due to weather conditions. Parking in places other than the above, especially on grassy areas, is prohibited. The path towards the garden behind the guesthouse must be permanently free.
The price for accommodation includes a stay in the guesthouse with the use of all the equipment in the provided premises, reasonable consumption of water and electricity, washing of bed linen and towels, cleaning and tourist tax paid to the municipality. As part of the services, guests have free WiFi access at all times. Bed linen and towels are provided once for the duration of the guest's stay. If necessary, both bed linen and towels can be replaced for a fee at the accommodation provider. The price for the stay is determined by the valid price list for the given period, taking into account the length of stay and the number of people staying in the guesthouse. Any separately agreed services are paid when ordering them. The accommodation operator is a VAT payer.
The use of the open fireplace is free of charge for guests. Guests are not allowed to pick plants or fruits from bushes and trees without the consent of the accommodation operator. Adults are responsible for damage caused by their children, entrusted persons and pets.
Guests must exercise increased caution when using the fireplace or grill, especially in the dry summer months. In case of unexpected fire spread, there is water in the pond by the fireplace. The fireplace or grill can only be left after it is completely extinguished.
For safety reasons, it is not permitted to leave minor children unsupervised by an adult in the room and other areas of the guesthouse. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children in all areas of the guesthouse and its outdoor area. In the event of a fire, the guest is obliged to extinguish it with their own efforts, or report it to the telephone number 150 and immediately to the property operator. The guesthouse operator will call for medical assistance for a guest who becomes ill or injured, or arrange for transportation to the hospital. The guest pays for all medical care himself. Entry to the surrounding grounds of the guesthouse is at his own risk. In winter, the guest is obliged to exercise caution due to the risk of injury from falling snow or ice from the roof.
The guest is fully liable for any damage caused to the property of the guesthouse. It is prohibited to damage the equipment of the guesthouse, whether intentionally or through negligence (e.g. by leaving entrusted persons or pets unattended). The accommodation provider has the right to demand compensation for damage caused intentionally or through negligence. The accommodation provider is not liable for damage to the property of the guest, or theft of items left in freely accessible parts of the guesthouse, although the accommodation provider declares that it does and will do everything to prevent any damage to the property of the guest. The property of the guests is not insured. The accommodation provider has taken all measures to prevent damage to the health of the guests. The accommodation provider is not liable for the health of the guests during normal operation. The health or life of the guests is not insured by the accommodation provider. In the event of loss of keys, the guest is obliged to immediately notify the operator of this fact and pay for the damage incurred. In the event of damage to the furnishings and equipment of the property, the guest is obliged to immediately report the damage to the operator and pay the calculated damage, unless he proves that he was not responsible for the damage. In the event of gross soiling of the room, a fee of CZK 2,000 will be charged.
The guesthouse is liable without limitation for jewelry, money and other valuables only if these items were taken into custody by the guesthouse or if the damage to them was caused by the actions of the guesthouse operator. The right to compensation for damage must be exercised in the guesthouse without undue delay on the day the injured party learned of the damage. The guesthouse is liable for damage to stored items only if the items were handed over to the accommodation operator for safekeeping for this purpose.
Based on Act No. 565/1990 Coll., as amended, we are obliged to keep a list of accommodated guests in order to pay local fees to the municipality for recreational and spa stays and fees from accommodation capacity. For accommodated guests, we therefore record their name, surname, address of residence and personal document number. The length of stay and the fact of whether they are a child or an adult are decisive for determining the amount of the fee. Therefore, we also record the date of arrival, date of departure and date of birth of the accommodated guest. The personal data provided is processed for the purpose of paying the fees in accordance with the wording of the law without the consent of the data subject (accommodated guest). However, the personal data of the person ordering the accommodation, to whom the invoice for accommodation and use of services is issued, remain in the accounting until the disposal period. All records are processed only by the accommodation provider. The registered information may also be accessed once every six months only by a municipal official when assessing the amount of fees or by an official of the tax office conducting an accounting audit. However, if the accommodated guest does not agree to the longer storage of personal data, he or she may send a request for the deletion of personal data by e-mail after the strictly necessary deadline. This deadline is the earliest date of 15.7. or 15.1. (whichever occurs first) in the case of accommodated guests or 120 months after the end of the fiscal year during which the service customer was registered for the purpose of invoicing. Based on the received request, the accommodated guest will be informed without delay about when and how the information about his or her stay was deleted.
The accommodation provider is entitled to terminate the stay of guests who have grossly violated these accommodation rules without compensation. Gross violations include accommodation of unregistered persons, repeated violation of the nightly peace, rude behavior towards other guests or the facility operator and its employees, repeated smoking in the interior of the facility or intentional or repeated damage or contamination of the facility's equipment. In the event of late arrival or early termination of the stay, no part of the accommodation fee will be refunded. By terminating the stay, the accommodation provider does not waive the right to compensation for damage caused by the guest on the premises of the facility.
